Shipping policy
- Deliveries are scheduled between Monday and Saturday and are conducted by a third-party courier service selected by Airwheel-UAE. We make diligent efforts to dispatch products promptly. In the event that the ordered products are not delivered within the timeframe specified in the confirmation email, we kindly request customers to reach out to Airwheel-UAE's Customer Services, referencing the order's unique reference code provided in your order confirmation email
- Delivery is deemed complete upon the ordered products reaching the delivery address specified during the order placement. At this juncture, responsibility for any potential loss, breakage, or damage transitions to you. Ownership of the purchased products transfers to you upon Airwheel-UAE receiving full payment. To finalize the delivery process, you will be requested to provide a signature acknowledging the receipt of the products, indicating their correctness, and confirming their condition as satisfactory.
- In the event that you are not present at the specified delivery address, Airwheel-UAE will operate under the assumption that any adults at the location are authorized by you to accept the delivery of the ordered products. However, if the aforementioned criteria are not met or if no one is available at the designated delivery address, Airwheel-UAE will refrain from leaving the products unattended. Instead, we will make contact with you to coordinate an alternative delivery schedule.
