Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND POLICIES
- If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly request that you reach out to Airwheel-UAE's customer services. Please be aware that Airwheel-UAE makes every effort to expedite the order processing, which may render it impractical to halt the dispatch of an order in all cases.
- In the event that you receive an incorrect product, we request that you promptly inform our customer services team, who will take immediate action to dispatch the correct product to you. If you prefer to visit one of our physical stores to return the incorrect product, please notify us accordingly.
- Kindly be aware that once Airwheel-UAE has dispatched products to you, it will not be possible to cancel any additional services that Airwheel-UAE may have provided at your request, such as gift wrapping. In the event that you notify Airwheel-UAE of your product cancellation, we will promptly initiate the refund process for the corresponding portion of the purchase price for that product
- In cases where Airwheel-UAE agrees to accept product returns, if you originally made your payment with a credit card, the refund for the value of the products will be credited back to the same credit card
- Airwheel-UAE retains the prerogative to decline issuing a refund for any products in situations where there is evident use of the goods, such as packaging tampering or absence of the original packaging. Additionally, a refund may be denied if it is prohibited by applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction that holds authority over the refund process.
- Please note that all transactions involving pre-orders, whether conducted online or in-store, are not eligible for exchange or refund
WARRANTY POLICIES
- The scope of all product warranty policies is limited to products acquired through our official store: https://airwheel-uae.com/
- The warranty is applicable exclusively to products acquired from authorized Airwheel-UAE distributors.
- During the initial 12-month period following the date of purchase, we offer complimentary luggage repair services, covered under the warranty.
- During the initial 6-month period following the date of purchase, we provide free battery repair services as part of the warranty coverage.
- Throughout the warranty period, Airwheel-UAE will provide free replacement of the original product or a suitable replacement in the event of defects in materials or production. Please note that any products and parts replaced under this warranty will become the property of Airwheel and will not be returned to the customer.
- Should the product or any of its components require repairs once the warranty period has lapsed, you will be responsible for covering all associated labor and parts expenses.
- Additionally, it is essential to be aware that if you sell or transfer the rights to a product, the warranty will automatically become void.
- The Airwheel-UAE warranty does not cover the following
- The warranty does not extend to products that are not listed in Airwheel-UAE's database through serial number verification
- The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for lost or stolen items.
- The warranty explicitly excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear or regular use.
- The warranty specifically excludes damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or intentional acts
- The warranty excludes coverage for issues arising as a result of regular wear and tear or normal use.
- The warranty explicitly excludes damage incurred due to improper use, including but not limited to dropping, exposure to extreme heat, water, or overuse.
- The product warranty will not extend to damages resulting from repairs conducted by unauthorized technicians, and such actions will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty.
