ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICIES

• When placing an order for a product, Airwheel-UAE reserves the right to collect specific personal and transactional information, including but not limited to name, address, and email address. • You have the option to pay for the products you order online by entering your credit/debit card details on our secure online order form. Please be advised that Airwheel-UAE does not accept checks, paper gift vouchers, or similar payment methods via our website.
• Some of our products are available for pre-order. To pre-order these items, simply add them to your shopping bag and proceed with the checkout process. The release date indicates the planned date for the product's availability in our UAE stores. Please note that this date is provided by Airwheel-UAE and is subject to change without prior notice. Upon placing a pre-order, your card will be charged, and your product will be reserved as soon as we receive stock, either on or after the release date. Following the completion of your transaction, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Subsequently, once your product arrives at your selected collection store, you will receive email and SMS notifications.
• Airwheel-UAE processes orders for products based on their availability. In the event that the products you have ordered become unavailable for any reason, Airwheel-UAE will promptly reach out to you using the contact information provided during the order placement process. In such circumstances, we will either:
• offer you an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, if such an option is available; or
• cancel the product from your order and provide you with a full refund for that specific product.
• If Airwheel-UAE is unable to establish contact with you or does not receive a response, we will proceed to fulfill any remaining products in your order and issue a refund for the products that we were unable to supply.
• Products are invoiced in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) at the prevailing price at the time you complete your order. While Airwheel-UAE strives to maintain accurate pricing on the website, occasional errors may occur. In the event that Airwheel-UAE identifies an error in the pricing of products you have ordered, we will make immediate contact with you. You will then have the option to either confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. If Airwheel-UAE is unable to reach you, we will consider your order for the incorrectly priced product as canceled.
• When you place an order for products, you are consenting to pay the total amount specified for those products during the order process, in addition to any associated shipping fees or applicable charges. If the credit or debit card issuer declined the payment authorization, Airwheel-UAE will regrettably cancel your order and reach out to you to arrange an alternative payment method. • Airwheel-UAE reserves the right to cancel any order, whether in full or partially, if the order comprises more than 2 pieces of the same item.
